haha, I dont blame haha, I dont blame you, Gibsons are very nice guitars.Yes, this would denleitfiy work with a Gibson. Honestly though, I owned an SG standard for a while and there is not a whole lot of difference between the stock bridge pickup (498T) and the angus PU. You can make the stock pickup sound more like the angus by turning up the mids on your amp.Gibson SG specials have different pickups and there’s a noticeable difference in changing the bridge pickup. I would use a 498T since its cheaper.
